    Worst place I've ever been to. Never going there again. The owner is the rudest person ever and no professional courtesy whatsoever. I wonder how they are running the business when they don't even have a courtesy to accept the mistakes they made. They will mess of your order and they will blame you rather than accepting their fault.

    I would not recommend you to go there! Instead, there are plenty of choices around!

    Very poor. Bhel puri was given dry, with no condiments. If one had to eat it dry, one could have purchased a packet and poured out the contents.

    We used to be a regular customer when it was Hot Breads because we really liked the cakes and the service we received at that time.

    We ordered the cake from "Bakers Inn" place for my nephew's 1st birthday. We gave them 1 month notice to make this customized cake.

    They said that the cake will be ready on March 25 at 2pm but they only called us to pick up the cake at 5pm that day. When my parents went to pick up the cake, they had to wait 30 minutes because they couldn't find a proper packaging for the 2 tier cake we ordered. After 30 minutes, they finally found a dirty open box (pic attached)and they just put the cake there. It was not packed in a proper cake packaging box.

    By the time my parents got to the party, the cake was destroyed. When we called and explained to them that the cake wasn't packaged properly, finally they were able to provide us a replacement cake (a square cake) after many requests. We were very very disappointed and upset because it was my nephew's first birthday and my sister had designed the cake herself.

    The next day, I called the place to talk to the owner, the person who answered the phone said he was going to be in the store on Monday. I called on Monday, the person answering the phone said that the owner will be in the store in 1-2 hrs. We went to the store after 2 hours. The owner wasn't there. When we asked to speak to him, they said he was out of the country and they don't know when he is coming back. Another person working there also told us that since they didn't order the box on time, they didn't have it so they had to just find a replacement box to put it. I left my number and told them to have the owner call me.

    I called again on Tuesday, they still said the owner is not available. I waited till Thursday. Still no call from the owner.

    On Thursday, around 6pm, my sister and I went to the store again. Still the employees were giving us excuses saying the owner is out of town on a conference and wouldn't be coming and there was no manager on duty to solve the problem.I told them that I am not leaving the place until I spoke to him. He called the owner and told us that he will be there in 30 mins.

    The owner walks in 2 minutes later. We try to explain everything to him but he didn't even give us a chance. He is trying to tell us that we are wrong and that's how he packs all the cakes and he also said that he has been doing this business for 10 years. I am a business owner myself and I have 100s of clients and I definitely know what customer service is. I have never encountered a business owner who is so unprofessional and someone who doesn't have any customer service skills. He was so rude and just arguing with us saying they did the right thing and we are the one who messed it up. When we asked for refund, he said that he still needs to talk to his partner. To give a $150 refund, he had to talk to his business partner?? Finally, he was ready to give us only $50 back and charge $100 for the other cake which was not even a $100 cake. Since he had other customers coming in, he gave us back $75 and made us pay for the replacement cake. He was very very unapologetic and rude.

    They definitely ruined my nephew's first birthday that we planned months in advance.
